The Friends and Family of Dale Posinski invite you to attend a benefit BBQ and auction Saturday May 9, 2009 at S.P.J.S.T. Hall at 1234 Huffmeister in Cypress from 2:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. The meal tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for twelve years of age and under.

There will be a silent and a live auction, a raffle, a fifty- fifty, and donations are also being accepted.  All proceeds are to benefit Dale Posinski. If there is anyone that wants to buy raffle tickets, they can contact my parents, Charles and Delorse Posinski at 936-873-2113.  The raffle tickets will also be on sale that day.   There is also an account set up at Guaranty Federal Bank in Tomball under Dale’s name for this benefit if any one wants to donate.

Dale Posinski is 29 years old, and born and raised in Tomball, Texas.  Dale is a THS graduate and loves to drive race cars, hunt, and watch football.  Dale has been diagnosed with Chron's disease. Chron's disease is a chronic  inflammatory disease of the digestive/gastrointestinal tract.  Dale has the worst form of the disease and at times can be very debilitating.  Since he has been diagnosed it has made it impossible for him to consistently work due to hospital stays and receiving blood and maintain health and medical benefits. The doctors are still unsure if Dale will need to undergo surgery to remove scar tissue.

Please plan to attend the benefit and show the Cougar Spirit, if you are unable to attend please send a donation to help defray some of the medical costs of this disease.

And as always please continue to pray for Dale and his family as they battle this disease.

In the Cougar Spirit,

Becky Clepper

THSAA President
