If life was all about sitting on the sidelines there would be no NFL, no IPODS, no Starbucks, no Netflix, no Internet, no babies, no nothing!........ Someone had to get off the easy chair, put down the remote, pick up the phone and call somebody. They had to voice their opinions, and make their suggestions, and take the initiative to make something happen. Several of us did that July of 2005. The THSAA was born and it needs your help now. Please call us, e-mail, tell a friend, just do something! Volunteer yourself, your labor, your money , or your brain. If for one moment, you can recall a pleasant experience in high school here, then you know. If for one moment you can recall how great you felt when the Cougars scored that touchdown that made you stand up and yell as the fight song kicked off, then you know. If for just one instant you can drag out your old high school yearbook and see that photograph that makes you smile and want to tell the nearest person to you how you felt that day, then you know. If the first time you logged on to this web site and saw what we've done so far and you got the least bit excited about it, then you know how all of us on the board and the others that have helped lay the ground work for this organization feel. Don't sit on the sidelines this time! We need you! Get involved, we have many things that can be accomplished right from home on your home computer. Whatever you occupational field of expertise is from house wife to Judge, we need your help. It doesn't matter how far away you live from Tomball, it doesn't matter how busy you are, it doesn't matter if your rich or poor or old or young. It just doesn't matter, because for any excuse you might have for not getting involved in some way with the THSAA, we can give you ten reasons why you should. Do it, do it now! Volunteer, pay your dues, make a donation, head a committee, lead a project, come to a board meeting, tell 10 of your former classmates, just do something for your old high school and the group of classmates that's trying to make a difference, by having fun reuniting and remembering those wonder years.
